Important information for exhibitors regarding assembling and dismantling of stands:
The assembling of exhibition stands is permitted throughout the following dates and times:
Friday, May 30th 2010, 8 am - 10pm
Monday, May 3rd 2010, 8am - 10pm
Tuesday, May 4th 2010, 8am - 10pm
Upon written request to exhibition management, construction of stands can be permitted through the weekend, May 1st - 2nd, from 8am until 6pm (

The dismantling of stands may begin immediately after the closure of the exhibition on May 7th 2010 at 5pm (end of the security guarding), can be continued on the following weekend and should be completed on Monday, May 10th 2010, at 5pm.
